FIFOTO does AUSTRALIA! |

Chen Yang is our latest addition to the FIFOTO team and joined us a couple months back. When he called yesterday and told me the [Behind the Scenes] video of our recent FIFOTO crew shoot was ready, I was stoked and eagerly anticipated his arrival at the studio this afternoon. Shila and I took a break from our hectic album-making session and we were both blown away from the very first few seconds into the clip! Thinking back, we should have taped the expressions on our faces! As expected, Chen Yang did not only meet my expectations but far exceeded it! He did such a great job with the video-recording and editing! (Ok.. I shall stop here now, don’t want to raise the expectations too high but I’m seriously happy with his final cut!) Many thanks to Chen Yang for his passion, talent and artistic effort!
For optimal viewing purposes, pls let the file load completely. Just a heads up, it will automatically load and play so pls press the “PLAY” arrow to pause and allow it to load 100%. Then press “PLAY” arrow again. (Yes, a tad bit confusing, sorry about that!)
As we always like to hear from you, please leave a comment and tell us what you think of our first ever FIFOTO video!
Special thanks to Gabriel as well for teaching me how to convert the huge-a** movie file to a mini upload-able version! (Yes… this is my first video post!)

A couple of weeks back, Highway and I shot Kenji & Jade’s Wedding. It was a pretty chilled out Saturday (the wedding started at 10am, so no early morning wake up calls for me… !), it rained the day before and it pretty much cleared up the haze, making it a nice cool morning with clear blue skies. The fresh small of rain dew lingered in the air and as with all outdoor FIFOTO shoots, it made a perfect morning for their garden wedding!
I was mesmerized from the moment I walked into Kenji’s house! OK, the garden was already nice when I saw it during the site recce, but this morning, the garden was transformed into something out of a fairy tale, with white & green flowers hanging across the rich, green Japanese grass. It was like in Snow White, when the forest animals came together to decorate the garden to make it an enchanted forest!
The ceremony itself was just beautiful. With soft music from the 4-piece band in the background, bits of very real marriage advice from the Pastor, a little bit of laughter here and little bit of tears there and then it was done, they had become Mr & Mrs Ling Ken Ji!

The dinner reception was held in KL Hilton, and again the place was again transformed with the same garden theme. This time, with orange and white flowers and magical lighted flower balls hanging from the ceiling.
One of their friends handmade a humongous wedding cake, made up of 600 cupcakes for each and every guest who came that night. That takes the prize of being the largest wedding cake I’ve ever shot!!

Congratulations again guys!!

Blessed to be working alongside a group of individuals who share a common passion, goal and zest, I am so thankful and grateful for the fantastic crew who have many a times, gone above and beyond the call of duty and proven their love for the art and for the team. Their undying dedication to FIFOTO is the reason behind where we are today.
A couple weekends back, we got together for a FIFOTO crew shoot for our new upcoming website. We had a lotta fun, as we normally do! Special thanks to Jason for helping with the setup and photography, Emilia, for her incredible makeup, styling and posing skills, Kit for helping us take our group shots, Chen for the [Behing the Scenes] video which will be coming soon and David for the [Behind the Scene] photos. Not forgetting, Steve & Aips for bringing the booze!
